Yesterday I woke up at 9am after going to bed at 7am. I got on the treadmill and stayed busy. With Ed's help I stayed up till 10pm. I was sooo exhausted. I opted for not taking an ambien since so far it put me to sleep once for a not restful 5 hours and once for 2 hours :/ .... I slept till 10am!! A glorious 12 hours. The world looks so different through rested eyes and the best part is i'm not queasy! I've been nauseated all week and it pretty much makes everything suck. My goal today is to get some exercise and not nap! I hope after a few days of being strict with my sleep schedule I will start to feel better throughout the day and not feel like I need a nap at all. Cross your fingers for me because I am behind on just about everything :/

Urg there's nothing worse than not sleeping, so I hope your sleeping schedule is back to normal soon :)
