On our quest for fitness we decided to add a rowing machine to our arsenal. It came very well recommended by the fittest person we know. It provides a full body low impact workout, exactly what we need and we'll still be using the bike and treadmill as well.
Ed set it up in the living room, yay for having a machine in the house!!
Ed got on first and we watched videos on youtube by the company what to do and what not to do. After Ed I hopped on for 20 min. I tried to focus on do the movements correctly while keeping my back straight. I'm very curious to see if and where are sore when we wake up :D
